Boosting Performance & Results
We all need a boost from time to time.
We remember and appreciate the people who gave us advice, financial aid, a job opportunity, or the encouragement to overcome an obstacle. We can also look back at our lives and feel good about the times we provided a boost to others.
After deciding to start my own business, I wanted a simple and memorable name for my company. A name that succinctly defines my purpose. O&P Boost. An external resource that can provide expertise and services to boost a client’s competitiveness, performance, results and value.
I have a deep passion for the people and companies that offer care and assistive devices to people who experience functional and mobility challenges. I am excited to utilize my experiences and skill sets to support the performance and results of O&P providers and the manufacturers that sell products into the O&P channel. I also want to help boost the success of sales representatives.
Most larger and established manufacturers have these internal competencies, and a formal business plan. So I’m looking to work with start-ups, niche suppliers, and perhaps companies that focus most of their attention on other sales channels and are not as successful in the O&P market. And if a major supplier to the O&P industry feels I can be of assistance, I welcome the opportunity to have an exploratory conversation.
I also feel confident in my ability to be an advisor, advocate and resource to representatives who are selling into the O&P channel. I had the privilege of managing and supporting sales representatives who worked for Townsend. I also have relationships with colleagues who oversee the sales teams at other companies. I respect and appreciate the insights they have provided to me. In the coming years, I hope to have the opportunity to continue to help boost the income of sales representatives who target the O&P and orthopedic markets.
I have a proven track record, strong work ethic and sincere desire to help my professional colleagues pursue strategies that will differentiate their business. I want to ask the questions that cause owners and their employees to take an honest accounting of their existing business — then help them implement innovative and memorable tactics for optimizing results.
